# Release note 1.46.0

### 1. API Password Support for WhatsMiner V3 <a href="#api-password-support-for-whatsminer-v3" id="api-password-support-for-whatsminer-v3"></a>

WhatsMiner devices with V3 firmware now support API passwords. The "Unknown passwords" modal includes a dedicated API password column with auto-validation and conditional field locking.

### 2. Accurate Energy Calculation in Sleep Mode <a href="#accurate-energy-calculation-in-sleep-mode" id="accurate-energy-calculation-in-sleep-mode"></a>

We fine-tuned the power consumption formula for devices in Sleep mode. We have launched annual laboratory measurements of hardware power consumption and are publishing these findings publicly for the first time. You can read the first part of our lab measurement results for WhatsMiner in our article on Bits.media.

### 3. Intermediate Component Status Highlighting <a href="#intermediate-component-status-highlighting" id="intermediate-component-status-highlighting"></a>

The device dashboard now visually highlights miner components (hashboards, fans, PSUs, control boards) assigned intermediate maintenance statuses.

### 4. Russian Localization Fixes <a href="#russian-localization-fixes" id="russian-localization-fixes"></a>

Fixed various text elements across the platform: month names on charts, employee roles, workflow statuses, log dates, placeholders, and tooltips.

### 4. Russian Localization Fixes <a href="#russian-localization-fixes" id="russian-localization-fixes"></a>

* Offline device diagnostics no longer display outdated diagnostic data from previous runs.
* Closing a notification no longer closes the open task window in Task Manager.
* Watcher links on the settings page now open in a new browser tab.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET http://localhost:3000/url/help.watcherlink.online/release-notes/release-note-1.46.0.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
