The system’s pricing plans offer different levels of access depending on your needs — from basic operations to advanced asset and task-management modules.

How do pricing plans work?

When you sign up, you are automatically assigned the Forever Free plan, which includes:

  • Free access with no time limits.

  • Up to 20 miners added to the system.

  • A basic feature set, including device monitoring, 24-hour log history, and essential task-management tools.

Right after you log in, if you need to monitor more than 20 miners or want access to additional features, you can upgrade to one of the paid pricing plans that provide extended system capabilities.

Updating your pricing plan

To upgrade your plan:

  1. Click the user icon in the top navigation bar.

  2. Click Update next to your current pricing plan.

  3. In the Estimated miners field, enter the number of devices you plan to add for monitoring.

  4. Select a billing period you are comfortable paying for.

  5. Review the pricing and features available for each plan. The system will automatically calculate the payment amount based on the number of miners and the selected billing cycle.

  6. Once you choose the plan that suits your needs, click the appropriate Purchase button or Contact Manager.

  7. After confirming your selection, the chosen pricing plan is applied to your account automatically. A manager will reach out to you shortly to finalize any financial details.

If you are unsure which pricing plan to choose, you can always request assistance. Click Need Help?, fill out the feedback form, and a manager will contact you to help you make the right choice.

Where can I view my Invoices?

To view all issued invoices and check what period your pricing plan is paid for:

  1. Click the user icon in the top navigation bar.

  2. Select Billing.

On the Billing page, you’ll find all invoices issued to you based on your selected pricing plan. The full payment history is stored here for the entire period of your system usage.

Additionally, whenever you have an active unpaid invoice, an informational banner will appear below the top navigation bar. It will display details about the unpaid or overdue invoice along with a countdown of days remaining to pay it.

Once the payment deadline passes, you have 7 days to contact your account manager and complete the payment before the system automatically switches you to the Free plan and deactivates the agent.

Customizing a subscription plan is available only through direct coordination with an account manager and applies to the Enterprise Solution plan.
